At Chillnix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and complete with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, full name, reason for the return, and photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include photos or video showing the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, altered after delivery, returned without original packaging, returned after the 30-day return window, or returned without prior approval.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.

Order Cancellations

Late or Missing Refunds
